I build content strategies and write brand narratives for technology companies navigating complex markets. My work sits at the intersection of editorial craft, product storytelling, and cross-functional content leadership.

I'm currently Head of Content Marketing at Waymark, a healthcare technology company, where I lead brand messaging, campaign copywriting, and editorial strategy. I also run Minutiae Content Co., a consultancy where I've developed content strategies and brand narratives for companies including Adobe, TikTok, and Ad Age

Every piece of content I produce, whether it's a product launch narrative, a brand messaging framework, or a campaign email, starts with a clear understanding of the audience, the business objective, and the story that connects them. I integrate AI tools into my editorial workflows to expand what's possible while keeping the judgment, voice, and strategic decisions human.

Waymark –Healthcare Technology

Product storytelling, campaign strategy, and editorial leadership

As Waymark's first dedicated content marketing hire, I own brand messaging, editorial strategy, and campaign copywriting across all channels. I lead product marketing launches in close collaboration with product, design, and external agency partners, and manage the editorial calendars that align content production with business KPIs.

Recent work includes our Medicaid Transformation report launch (27% newsletter open rate, 14 qualified leads in 48 hours) and an interactive data visualization that was shared by a former head of CMS. I also built and maintain editorial standards, creative briefs, and voice guidelines for Waymark's growing content operation.

Copywriting and strategy for promotional ebooks and landing pages

I developed the content strategy and wrote the B2B launch materials for Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express, including a gated ebook and supporting landing page copy. The project required translating AI-native product capabilities into clear, benefit-driven content for a business audience, and coordinating delivery across a multichannel distribution plan.

This work spans executive ghostwriting (with placements in Forbes, Business Insider, and Inc.), brand voice development, campaign messaging, and editorial content strategy.
